Rawah's meals - cowboy-style with a flair - are served in the Lodge dining room. Prime aged steaks and marinated chicken grilled over aspen, plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, home-baked breads and mouthwatering desserts, our weekly "lantern light banquet," riverside lunch cookout and hearty and scenic breakfast ride are just samples of our ranch cookin'. And just in case you're still hungry, homemade straight-from-the-oven cookies and fresh fruit are always available. On a special diet? No problem - we can handle almost any dietary restriction with advance notice. Our guests complain "the food is way too good" - but we tell them not to worry, there are no calories at this elevation!
